Joining HB in 2002, Sherri is a vital member of the HB DESIGN team and is responsible for various aspects of HB's business processes. As the accounts manager, she ensures that all proposals, orders, and invoices are presented clearly and accurately for our clients. Sherri also works closely with our designers as a procurement specialist, managing all aspects of our projects' furnishing and decorative elements.
Sherri's meticulous attention to detail serves as the backbone of our internal and external business procedures, making her a key component in the success of our projects. Her ability to manage and oversee the completion stage of furniture and decoration installations ensures the flawless execution of each project in a simple, stress-free and timely manner. As an organizational force, Sherri ensures that all our projects run smoothly and are completed to the highest standard.

Lauren is a dedicated Interior Designer at HB DESIGN, having joined the team in 2021 after earning her Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business. She began with a focus on HB’s internal operations and procurement, and now applies that foundational knowledge while working directly with clients on a wide range of projects.
In 2023, Lauren completed her Interior Design Certificate at BCIT and now supports the HB team across all phases of the design process. She thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with contractors, architects, and clients to bring thoughtful, detail-oriented spaces to life.
She excels at blending creative vision with practical execution. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for materials, lighting, and millwork, and a strong interest in the construction side of design, Lauren brings a tailored approach to each project. Pam grew up in Toronto but has called London, England home for the last six years. After a career in events, she decided to follow her passion for Interior Design and returned to school to study full time. She spent three years working at a luxury residential Interior Design studio, gaining international experience and shaping her own creative style. Now back in Canada, Pam brings her global outlook and fresh ideas to the HB Design team.
Pam is committed to delivering creative, outside-the-box solutions for every project. She is passionate about developing unique designs tailored to each client's lifestyle, guiding them through the creative process to ensure their home truly reflects who they are.
